1942 censored airmail envelope addressed to England franked 1/6d & 3d adhesives tied 'PAGET' c.d.s. '13 DEC 1942' with shield shaped 'RELEASED / BY CENSOR / BERMUDA (2)' in green. Believed to have been used on detained mail released after the war, probably because the sender was suspected of spying. one of the few recorded examples all from the same sender at Elbow beach.
