1943 stampless censored envelope from Consett, Durham. addressed to British Prisoner of War Borneo Camp, c/o Japanese Red Cross Tokyo. Checked by bureau of report and enquiry Changi. Flt Lt E.T. Lee confirmed at Sandakan, transfered to Kuching 13th August 1943. Rectangular Japanese censor in violet, with censors personal censor chop in red in the bottom compartment.
