'22 JA 48' In 1948 during the January riots against the Italians an emergency 'Free Mail' was set up and officially granted to the victims of the riots. One free letter to send to relatives reporting they were in good health. The Triangular cachet was made out of ivory by a member of the refugee camp emergency committee.
