1941 multi censored envelope from Kolwezi Belgium Congo addressed to Geneva. The envelope transited through Accra where the boxed 'NOT OPENED / BY CENSOR' struck in red was applied, one of three recorded examples, this being the earliest date (7th July 1941) Illustrated on page 58 West African Censorship.
