1901 censored stationery card with message in German headed 'Deadwood Camp' cancelled 'ST HELENA' c.d.s. 'MY 25 01' Circular 'PRISONER OF WAR BROAD BOTTOM CAMP / CENSOR' initialed 'AWB' This is the earlest known date, cachet with 'AWB' initials in use for a week. Deadwood Camp did not receive it's own censor until later. Probably from a member of the German Contingent.
