1917 letter posted by the Postmaster at Njombe with 'F.P.O. 1' cancellation at top right '27 JAN 17' The text has become obscured by adhereance of stamps, but reads 'Regarding the fee of 2/6 collected from you on parcel 1554........the issue of licence unnecessary and fee herewith refunded in stamps' Signed N Ruddock.
