1917 On Active Service envelope addressed to 8th S.A. Infantry, Dar Es Salaam. On the reverse rare two line 'Returned from German East/Africa undelivered' and boxed 'RETURNED TO POST OFFICE/BY MILITARY AUTHORITIES/AS UNDELIVERABLE' a little blured struck in black. The envelope has toning around the edges.
