1921 taxed envelope addressed to the U.S.A. Franked on the front 1d adhesive overprinted "WAR TAX 1d" tied "ST HELENA" c.d.s. 'MR 9 21' The reverse bears an uncancelled 1/2d adhesive. The original charge was '5c' which was changed to '20c' boxed cachet on the front.
