1935 envelope addressed to Windhoek endorsed 'By Rail' franked two vertical strips of three 1/2d adhesives tied oval Windhoek Parcels Office handstamp '18 SE 1935' This letter was either sent from a station other tham Windhoek without the adhesives being cancelled or it was handed in at the station later in the day than it was possible to send from the Post Office. On the front 'WINDHOEK' c.d.s. '18 SEP 35'
