1884 envelope with enclosed four sided letter written from 'Mequinez' on 1st February 1884 addressed to the U.K. Franked Great Britain 2 1/2d Pl.12 tied 'GIBRALTAR A26' duplex 'FE 7 84' On the reverse of the envelope manuscript 'Tangier 7/2/84' countersigned six days after being written. A rare early letter from the Spanish enclave.
