1946 airmail envelope addressed to Kingston Jamaica. Dated machine cancellation "London 4 SEP 1946' Carried on British South American Airways York liner "Star Leader" The plane crashed shortly after takeoff from Yundum airfield and caught fire. A small amount of mail was recovered and forwarded with a handwritten note on the reverse.
