1893 unsealed envelope addressed to Kington Jamaica. Cancelled "BARBADOS" bootheel d/s 'MR 13 93' "PAID AT BARBADOS" crown circle struck in black on the front, due to a shortage of the 1/2d adhesive which would pay the unsealed printed matter rate. Scarce commercial inter island usage.
