Note that the blue label also has "Not to be entered on Record List X" presumably as this was going to be transported to Norwood by coach rather than rail. The Malta Post Office listed this entry No 82 on Parcil Bill No 26

Here the envelope entered the post tied '3 JUN 99' Manuscript registration from Labasa, Levuka and Suva. A canceller was not supplied toi Labasa until 1900

Washington on a voyage from Jamaica to Plymouth received storm damaged during the voyage. Boxed 'DAMAGED BY IMMERSION / IN WATER' struck in violet. One of three recorded examples. On the reverse is a repair label, amended in manuscript.
